Raised in Northern California, Todd grew up surfing the Pacific, exploring coastal towns, and chasing sunsets with a camera in hand. His love for creativity led him to study photography in college, where he developed a sharp eye for detail and composition skills that would later become central to his real estate career.
That same passion for excellence carried through when he bought his first home from the inventor of the floppy disk, sparking a lifelong appreciation for properties that go beyond the ordinary. It also sparked his invention of the first wakeboard rack for wakeboats that launched his 24-year business venture and moved him to Arizona.
With over 15 years in real estate and 23 years as a business owner, Todd blends precision, creativity, and integrity in everything he does. His background in product development and photography gives him a sharp eye for detail and a talent for showcasing homes beautifully through professional photos and drone footage.
